I had an incident during a game that really shook me up. After that, I had trouble getting back to my previous level of performance. I tried everything (positive affirmations, mindfulness, talk therapy), but nothing seemed to help. That’s when I heard about Biofeedback and mental training. I decided to give it a try and it made all the difference. I was able to get back to where I was before the incident and even improve my game.
