I decided to work on my mental preparation after a friend recommended it to me, and I’m so glad I did! I improvde my physical and mental skills in basketball, and also as a musician since the skills I learned could also be applied when I am playing in front of a big audience. I no longer get nervous and lose confidence, and I’m able to stay focused and in the moment. Thank you Coach Andrea
